Criminals can still legally own guns or pistols, black powder, compound bows, crossbows and knives, in most states .......

Since most states are not as legally black powder, bows and crossbows and knives, with weapons.

Most states do not even keep a couple of antique firearms real firearms. (This includes a large number of single-action revolvers)

Each state has its own definition of what exactly is a weapon.

Not if you are a crime and his record company, then you can never own a gun again committed.
