I pierced my tower of March, towards the end. The still swollen and hurts a little. Sometimes it is with pus and all that stuck when it infected? Should I worry?

What you describe is normal
Cartilage takes a year to heal completely.
Ice and ibuprofen will help with pain and swelling.
Signs of infection:
red, green, brown or other color discharge (without a clear, white or slightly yellowish, which is normal with a healing piercing)
Feeling of heat in the handle, usually with red stripes
bad smell
The tower will be painful for some time, especially if you play a lot. Mine took two months to finish the all the time. and yet sometimes
Back to the drilling to be sure.
